Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or speed post. Free standard shipping applies to orders above ₹499. For smaller orders a shipping fee is shown at checkout.

How long it takes

We prepare a fresh batch for every order, so we need a little time before dispatch. Orders usually leave us within 2 working days, and in every case we hand the parcel to the courier within 6 to 7 working days of your order and payment. Courier transit then takes about 3 to 7 days, so the average delivery time is 3 to 10 working days from the order date.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service, but we make sure your parcel is handed over within the window above.

Your address

Orders are delivered to the address you enter at checkout. Please give complete and accurate details. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are not our responsibility.

Unforeseen events

These timelines are followed on a best-effort basis. Strikes, holidays, natural calamities and similar disruptions can cause delays for which we cannot be held liable.
